Not my favorite Italian, but wasn’t bad. Slight oaky? — 5 months ago
Light bodied Italian red. A nice alternative to Chianti. Lower in acid, pairs well with tomato based dishes since it adds balance. Earthy, a little leather. Very enjoyable. — 4 years ago

Nice. Leathery, but juicy. Good structure, medium acidity. Negroamaro, one of the nicer ones I’ve had. — 7 months ago
Light bodied but bouquet is spicy almost curry-like, tastes intensely oaky, peppery, with leathery mouth feel, finishing with still some tannins despite 8 years in the bottle. Love this complex red — a year ago

Blend of Negroamaro (90%) and Malvasia Nera (10%). Bright ruby color with a distinct brick rim. Aromas of black fruits, roasted meat and purple flowers. Flavors of black cherry, ripe plums and baking spices. Long, earthy and powerful finish. Bone dry, rustic and full bodied. Thanks for opening, Chris B. — a month ago
