Truth be told I’m a died in the wool Peppiere loyalist, so Any Muscadet has to measure up to it. This comes pretty close, just the mouthfeel alone brings it there-unctuous, satin smooth—and while the flavor may not be as nuanced as Peppiere, it’s a green apple & grassy delicious. Not light bodied either, aches for food. Just another reminder Muscadet is the underdog—and, lord forgive me—underpriced darling of whites. Etany imports. Less than 10$ on sale. — 6 years ago
