A blend of Listán Blanco (Palomino) and several other native varieties - Malvasía, Forastera, Marmajuelo, Albillo Criollo, Vijariego Blanco and Gual – from various parcels in the village of Taganana in the north of Tenerife, each plot vinified separately. Fermented in concrete open vats (with short skin-macerations) and partially aged in steel (40%) and 228 and 600-liter oak barrels (60%) for about 8 months. Sea breeze, bitter orange and lightly oxidized notes on the nose. Complex, mineral, precise. Nice saltiness, long finish — 4 years ago
Absolutely love it. Great blend. Rich. Round but not over the top at all. Honeysuckle finish. — 9 years ago

Green apples, bee pollen, yellow plums and tomatoes, hay, sweat, barnyard funk and gasoline. A deep and expansive flavor with a satisfyingly salty finish. Love this wine- it’s a trip. — 7 years ago
