Honey roasted peaches and baked apples slight oak and toasted brioche notes.
Long on palate, sweeter than expected but long finish — 6 years ago
ripe citrus with just a whisper of stone fruit and moving into dollop of cream, nougat, cashew, and sweet oak (touch of toast, vanilla and cedar, nutmeg) almost that buttered popcorn vibe. Plenty of complexity. Full malo but no overt dairy. Medium plus, pure, acidity, that feels so pure. Length is medium plus. — 8 years ago
Bibo tasting - straight acidity, medium plus. Oak notes on the nose (toast) but very light on the palate. No petrol. Great floral notes. A must have — 7 years ago

See previous Delectable note. A boutique style from Australia’s most southerly vineyard. As mentioned previously a very bunchy style - rustic. Only 1920 bottles produced (without fining). — 2 years ago
