Yeast nuts, citrus. Good taste. G.H. von Mumm Brut Champagne Blend @1300/G, Tamay, 250704 — 8 months ago
crisp, good acidity and bubble. great value — 4 years ago
A nicer version to me of the rose, with cherry, rose petal, and a touch of brioche. — 2 hours ago
A sparkling that’s a Christmas morning tradition. Green apple jolly rancher aroma with a hint of citrus blossom. Upfront that’s a mild key lime note. Mid palate has a tart clementine sweetness. Finishing with a mouth watering tartness. Body has a really soft bubbly texture. Very enjoyable, delicate but juicy and tart. Definitely a favorite. — 3 months ago

Smells completely different from the Roederer Brut. Definitely less sweet/juicy smelling, which was a bit stark in comparison. Easy to tell that this is made from chardonnay. Has the classic apple (but more subtle than the other), lemon, and slight pineapple notes. Well balanced creaminess, but not buttery. Focused on bright fruit and acidity. Easy, casual sparkling wine. — 9 days ago
