A lovely champagne with sophisticated mature biscuit notes. This is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Although the wine has a brioche bread note the finish is fresh and not overly long.  — 4 months ago
Pineapple, beeswax, pear and wet stone. Rich full bodied Chenin with beautiful acidity. When it’s first opened it had a nice funk of mushroom / wet forest with a clean mineral undertone. Balanced. I want a case stack for the summer. — a month ago
