Nose is very floral, like white flowers, with lemon, apple and baked bread.
Floral element carries through (florals remind me of Gewurz) on the palate with flavours of green apple, lime/lemon, fresh dough and some hazelnut. Acidity has a lot of zip. While the acidity is very high, overall the wine is fairly balanced. Has a med-long lime and green apple finish. Good quality champagne, would prefer more baking note complexity to round out the profile. — a month ago
