Medium deep lemon , old gold colour , slightly hazy appearance. Intense on the nose with iodine , sea breeze , green apple and Indian spices . On the palate this also shows a lot of intensity and grip , really quite young apparently . Green apple , toasted almonds , orange rind , curry and a strong seaside component . Long and complex on the finish with , really fresh saline tinged acidity . This is seems pretty young and I would imagine can still go another decade or longer. — 4 months ago
