Gorgeous slate nose with lemon pith, lime blossom, tree bark and minerals, green melon and more. Wow what a palate with extreme concentrated minerality and gorgeous sweet lemon and lime fruit with stunning clear cantaloupe. Awesome acidity and density along with unreal levels of dry extract and so pure and nimble. Herbals on the nose with air. This has dizzying complexity and unreal depth. This is classic style like 14 or 04 but has 15-19 acids and that extra oomph that only a great vintage provides. — 5 months ago
Dry, very light, crisp, fresh, relentless bubbles, not too sweet, lovely subtle flavour, easy drinking. Stunning bottle for the price tag c.£8 — 4 years ago
Very nice Champers. Lyle pulled it from the cellar Xmas Eve. The last bottles from their wedding. Still crisp fruity. — 10 years ago
Pale salmon color; strawberries on the nose; medium acidity; tastes like it smells. Pretty good. Lightly sweet. Pairs well with Popeyes spicy fried chicken. Nellie likes it and I do too. — 10 months ago

Nose is deep and layered with green tea, herbs, lemon flesh, and some white cherries and even red currants. So unique. Very open and inviting. Piquant almost and has that wonderful combo of openness and intense narrow minerals that only dry German Riesling can get. Wow, juicy and with so much fruit! Lemon patty here and also passion fruit and cantaloupe and gorgeous sweet minerals but this is bone dry. Juicy and so engaging and wonderful length. Really good wine that is a level below GG but such a nice intro into the style of Stefan’s more serious wines. — 5 months ago
