Late night Friday night dinner @Cornerstone. Too many people drinking on Peel Street, the loud honking of cabs trying to make their way down Hollywood, and we were tucked away having another wonderful meal thanks to Shane Osborn’s kitchen (thanks, Nick!). The wagyu. The salmon (how is salmon SO GOOD in this town?). Oh and octopus and carpaccio as well. This is their house red. So easy to drink. At the right temperature.
