This is budweiser copper lager. Its new.
The ads say its in collaboration with Jim Beam to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the end of prohibition.
Brewed with old bourbon staves, (popular with some craft brewers) it is definitely
unique.
Dark amber color, short head, tastes of caramel and vanilla
.made with 2 row barley (the most robust), and high alcohol at 6.2%.
The introduction of this brew competes with traditional October fest beers. Marketing genius! — 8 years ago

Yonder Cities is a collaborative Saison IPA brew by Union Craft Brewing and DC Brau. Small bubbles through out with a cloudy amber hue and small head. A bit of Brett on the nose with some citrus notes, floral, spices, hoppy and a little yeast. Well balanced and smooth palate. Nice level of hops and bitterness. Notes of flowers, citrus fruits, salted caramel and a bit of wheat. Rounded and long finish. — 9 years ago

Very nice indeed. More for a hot summer day than a cold February afternoon. — 10 years ago
Was very excited to finally get this in my area, on the west coast, Founders is a highly regarded craft brewery on the east coast, Grand rapids Michigan, heard so many great reviews on their beers, KBS, Double Trouble, so go into this review I expected quite a lot, I must say I am not disappointed, but here on the west coast we have much better IPA's, not putting this beer and the east coast down, hey, that is where I was born and raised, this brew is typical a east coast beer, brewed like a west coast beer, dry hopped with only Centennial hops, very much a staple hop on the west coast, Cascade hops on crack, so to speak, so I am very familiar with this hop character and taste, fruity, Citrus, back end has that tobacco finish, extremely dry, a very well done IPA, I am not disappointed, Founders deserves the high rating they get with their beers, I really can see why people on the east coast love this beer, they are seeking on hoppy beer that sometimes they cannot get from the west coast, Very good, I with be waiting for some more from this great brewery, KBS, and Double Trouble on my list — 11 years ago

IPA anglaise très forte, elle titre à 10. Mais son goût est plutôt agréable, relativement amer par ailleurs — 9 years ago
This Belgian-style Tripel is brewed with sweet orange peel, green cardamom, peppercorns and vanilla. Clocking in at 9% ABV, Beer To Drink Music To is a golden orange brew with forward notes of toffee, cardamom, cloves and subtle notes of vanilla. — 10 years ago
Highly recommended! Silk smooth brew with amazing balance and substance. — 11 years ago
Once in a while, I'll move away from the craft brew scene to a discount wine, and I will come back again. Nice mixture of dry & sweet.

Not a sour. And sorry for the long story I'm about to tell but about to advertise for you guys a great future craft brew brand. It's one of the best stouts I've had. Had it at least 30 times and it's always on spot perfect. Look up this brewery, they've been around 3 years and their record with GABF is on point with what I taste and that makes me happy it's local. I've been going here for 3 years since college and now that they have cans distributed across the east and west coast... I've gotta say this is the dream if your local products.
It really is what I scored it, and it's only their second best beer. Even other brewhouses like deschutes, ballast point won't get this much respect from me and I lived in San Diego for a time bowing to the original sculpin recipe before they sold out. The expression of cacao nibs on this are AMAZING. Clear as day, in your face. Stands out heavily with a creamy burly texture. The finish is smooth and clean at 5.5% alcohol for a young nitro release. They distribute to west and east coast now.. they're the next ballast point/Sierra Nevada you name it. Every night there's at least 150 covers at this bar year round, I'll leave it at that. Mai Tai PA is the next legendary beer though. #thebestpartofwakingup #superfanboy — 9 years ago

Sometimes they pour you a dark mug of liquid lunch and you are surprised by how light and fruity a porter can be. And then you realize that you ordered the Brunch Weasel Oatmeal Stout at Mikkeller, and dense, coffeecake richness punches you in the mouth. At 10.5% abv, this Norwegian craft brew has all the decadence of your champagne brunch, but darker, denser, and screaming for a scoop of ice cream. — 11 years ago

Deep, dark and very moreish. Hints of coffee and chocolate with a subtle taste of milk. This is a really solid stout that is thick and rewarding. Recommended. — 4 years ago
