Straw gold color. High elevation Riesling. Beautiful nose of green apple, white peach, apricot, lemon zest and minerals. Not overly floral. Minerals abound on the palate with very light notes of the fruits noted above. Loads of lively acidity and a long and lingering finish. Crisp, with a slightly creamy (neutral oak aging?) texture.
