Mid-weight viscosity and deep minerality, with a post-nasal brine unexpected in a BC Gewurtztraminer. A shining example of where our new world explorations can take us. The last vintage (2013) of this block before the vines were removed - my one coveted bottle will be cellared, as it should be. — 9 years ago
Easily a new fave. — 11 years ago

A most un-Gew-like Gew. If I hadn't known, I'd've guessed Riesling. No wonder I like it as much as I do. — 11 years ago
This was a fabulous wine that paired very well with everyone’s meal. — 4 years ago
Very sweet. Easy to drink. — 5 years ago
Not much I can say except "Wow!" Like Sweet Tarts? This is a Riesling for you. — 10 years ago

We had an outstanding tasting at the winery's tasting bar in their air conditioned paradise of midsummer a month ago... Now back at home, we're getting a chance to taste these again... On the nose, this is dusty cherry... That's about it, but in a good way... On the palate, there's more... Big cherry to be sure... A wee blackberry tinge? Warm clay? Some acid here, but I keep coming back to clay, but maybe more as a visual... I don't get much if any green this vintage... The finish is medium-long and satisfying... Great pairing for our steak, chanterelles, and roast potatoes... — 2 months ago
