On the nose, the wine is developing with apples, ripe passion fruit, fresh brioche, lemon curd, toasted marshmallow and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. 2006 vintage. Cork easy to extract. A rusty rosé color. Slightly dirty/earthy with light-medium body and still plenty of acidity to shepherd the proceedings along in a timely manner.
