#bcwine #okanagan #nomnom 2012 Terravista 'Fandango' Albariño/Verdejo, Okanagan, BC. A stunning example of Spanish varieties outside of #spain. Bright with notes of pear, banana, peach and lemongrass. Racy acid on the finish. One of my favourite wines on this trek. #wine #sommelier #canada — 11 years ago
From the "mother" of Alibi. Glad to see Senka Tenant back on the BC wine scene. Is this the only Albariño & Verdejo in BC? Shame. Tasty stuff. — 10 years ago

A classic Viognier, very crisp with peach being the prominent aroma, along with tropical fruits and a hint of honeysuckle or citrus blossom - there might also be a subtle dill scent in there. The palate is complex with medium body and medium acidity with slightly yeasty and creamy notes. We paired with Nova Scotian scallops for on a bed of creamy, oozy lemon fennel risotto. A wonderful wine a food evening. — a month ago
