Very smooth and easy to drink. Had some hard candy notes on the nose and taste. — 3 months ago
Shows very well, I’d challenge to distinguish from solid grower champagne. Yellow flowers, lemon, a touch of underripe stone fruit. Very good backbone if a bit young on the autolysis integration — a month ago

I was on set for several rather emotionally and physically grueling action packed shooting so I deserved a little treat and by little treat mean a bottle of bubbles (and a session of smushing my face into my cat). This British bubbly is rich (riper than I’d imagine from that extra-cool climate) but also refreshing and zingy—beyond all the oxidative appley nutty notes is a punch of sweet citrus that is quite beguiling. A touch of quality white bread on the nose too. It keeps giving. — 7 months ago

A little bit of madness as I wanted to drink this very rare bottle. Definitely worth getting « lost in translation » and very very good while more structured / less smooth than the traditional hibiki. Is it worth it or just speculation? I’ll let you decide for yourself — 22 days ago
