25+ years in neutral barrels fixed the color here. Firm, midweight, sappy, sweet, woodlaced red fruit. Great length. Still incredibly hedonic— we drank far too rapidly. — 5 years ago
Finally opened the 1995. 22 years later, it still had so much fruit. Retained the length and structure. Beautiful wine to share over a great meal. — 8 years ago

Very good wine, intens, dark fruity taste and tinteling on the lips. — 9 months ago
Really nice Rose. Hanging in there for 2015! — 7 years ago
Buying at the budget end while travelling is like throwing dice, but this Rioja Reserva (1 year in oak, 2 in bottle) delivered nicely at around 11€. Balanced, black/raspberry fruited, earthy, bit of spice, leather, gravelly tannin. If I find another bottle I’ll buy it! Ronda, Spain — 7 years ago
Largo. Divertido. Un vino del Bierzo que da mucho de sí. — 9 years ago
I would give this an 8.5 for taste (verrrrry mellow, but good), but the label is SO pretty. Sometimes you just need to buy yourself a pretty bottle of wine. — 10 years ago
Perfectly rounded off. No dry bitter after taste. Just smooth. — 6 years ago
If you like Rioja you will like this one. — 8 years ago
Citrus fruits with White peach for a touch of roundness, with Light hints of brine. Worked well at straddling flavors in New Mexican feast. — 11 years ago
