One of my favorite sparkling wine producers in Washington state. Effervescent bubbles, smooth flavor. Not too sweet and not overly dry. Great with food or on its own. — 4 years ago
Pretty good- slight rose color, dry but not too Brut. Sight sweetness with taste of strawberries and maybe peach. — 7 years ago

I think it's a rose of Pinot.
Smells of dried raspberries, dried white and pink floral notes.
It's surprising and refreshingly bone dry, even some tannin remaining in there. It's almost austere- the dried fruit theme from the nose carries over well on the palette, with a touch of minerality as well. I was expecting innocuous sweetish stuff so a nice surprise! A great pairing rose that punches above its price point of $21.
