The 2017 Chardonnay is soft, supple and absolutely delicious. Light tropical notes, lemon confit, white flowers and bright acids give the 2017 striking nuance as well as character. The Foxglove Chardonnay is built on a core of fruit from Los Alamos, with a touch of fruit from Paso Robles, vinified and aged in steel, with no malolactic fermentation. The 2020 Cabernet Franc Matías Riccitelli Viñedos de Montaña hails from the lower eastern border of Los Chacayes (3,500 fasl) in the Uco Valley and was fermented in concrete vats before aging for 16 months in French foudres. In the glass, it's garnet-red with a purple sheen. The nose presents notes of ash, green bell pepper, blackcurrant and blackberry over a layer of oak. Dry and broad, the warm year has brought a velvety texture that contrasts with a chalky mouthfeel and rich palate. The 2020 ends with a long finish of dark fruit. We went camping close to Los Olivos, CA ⛺️. But the goal was also to visit Union Sacre in Paso Robles on our way to Big Sur. And lucky for us we tasted with a Frenchmen XAVIER ARNAUDIN the winemaker all by ourselves. This guy is a lot of fun! All his whites were excellent and this Riesling is a standout! 20$. Rich 12.4% plenty of acid for balance. Quite herbaceous, tart and salty you almost taste the Santa Barbara sea breeze coming through. Honey melon Meyer lemon hint of mandarine waxy. Some Pro? gave this a 8.5 I cannot agree. For a Cali Riesling this is unique and better than most Tautomers. Highly recommended I will buy more and left with a case of whites when I left the tasting room - a winemaker to watch! — 6 years ago

Otra de mis cepas favoritas “bonarda” dicen que acompaña a la malbec en los viñedos argentinos. Lo compartí con amigos con pastas y diferentes salsas, de segundo una ensalada de tomate con palta y lechuga, me gusto.
