The nose is reminiscent of cidre fermier (farm cider) with a bit of funk at first thqt blows away after a while. The comes honey, apple and some yeasty notes. There is a bit of chalk too. The palate is honey and green apple forward, with a good acid drive, some width, some chalky notes, a bit of grip in the rear and a long persistent finish. Great stuff. We have it along mussels served with green bell pepper and chorizo and it goes super well. — 4 months ago

austrian pinot noir?

it smells sweet. it tastes tannic, sour, slightly funky. it has notes of black cherry, raspberry, vanilla and oak. this is an easy chillable red to drink.
