Quite nice with Pat’s grilled swordfish as well as air fryer salmon fillets. Toasty aromas, floral notes and spice, but light bodied and fresh acidity ($39). — a month ago

First day insipid. Second day brilliant structure and balance. How is this possible — 9 months ago
Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.
Light nose of citrus, lemons, limes and spices.
Light to medium in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with apples, grapefruits, limes, spices, minerals and herbs.
Nice tangy finish with limes and grapefruits.
This Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County is easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine. Complex and interesting. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
Needs 30 minutes to open up fully, and that's when its true elegance shines through. Neither tart nor bitter, which I liked.
I paired it with baked salmon.
A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Sémillon and 9% Viognier.
13.8% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Surprisingly nice for the price point, lemon zest, a bit buttery on its own, but a nice pairing with fish and spicy tacos. — 6 months ago
