I pulled this to compare to the Azimuth.
Nice mix of cranberry, cherry, plum, and blueberry. Full body disguised by the lively fresh acidity. Good fruit intensity and sense of purity. Supple tannins. Long smooth finish.
Templeton Gap is in general considered the coolest sub-appellation, and Willow Creek sits immediately N/NW of Templeton Gap with higher elevation. I think the composition of the varieties has more to do with the differences of the 2 bottles than geographic. More Grenache in this bottle. — 3 years ago
The winery produces just 1 white each vintage in small quantity. This 100% Grenache Blanc is the best one I’ve tasted yet.
Peach, pineapple, mandarin orange, white flower, chrysanthemum, hint of white pepper on the nose. On the palate it is plush yet very crisp, with a chalky mineral undertone. Semi dry. A bit heat on the finish, but even that went well with curry chicken.
Interesting fact: Grenache Blanc was not recognized as a varietal by the U. S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms until 2002.

Though not made with estate fruits, this Grenache is probably my favorite bottling from the winery for its fine balance of ripe black fruits and bright red fruits.on the palate it’s energetic with excellent fruit concentration and acidity (for Paso). A bit heat on the finish. — 6 months ago
This is the Solar Fel, the first vintage of this CS/PV/CF blend, all estate grown, and it’s a great start.
The nose has a purple floral component that I seldom associate with Paso, in addition to ripe plum, bing cherry, black steeped tea, dried herbs, and dark chocolate. Rich and supple palate. Enticing acidity. Candied mellow tannins. Deliciousness all around. — 2 years ago
Surprisingly perfumed on the nose with lovely purple floral scent along with varietally correct aromas of ripe plum, blueberry, peppery spices, and just a hint of game. Rich and smooth on the palate with medium round acidity. Mellow tannins. And similar to the ‘18, alcohol is a bit unchecked on the finish.
Overall very enjoyable. — 2 years ago
The best bottling of this white Rhone blend I’ve tasted yet, the 21’ gets the Templeton Gap designation and no longer has Picpoul Blanc which was blended in the previous 2 vintages.
Aromatic floral nose. Palate remains textured like previous vintages but with much crisper acidity. — 3 years ago
Love this wine. In between sauv blanc and chardonnay. Not too sweet or dry. — 4 years ago

Have not had a Paso cab for a while. This one is quite satisfying.
Signature Paso lush candied fruits. There is cool vibe on the rich palate with licorice and hint of menthol. Good acidic and tannin structure that suggests long drinking window ahead.
I think this ‘19 bottling is better than the ‘17 and ‘18.
