Ripe blackberry and plum lead, with brambly raspberry, black pepper, and warm baking spice. A touch of dark chocolate frames a generous, almost jammy fruit core. The palate is lush yet lively, with enough acidity lifting the richness and keeping it focused. Supple tannins and a hint of dried herbs carry through a smooth fruity finish. This has aged well and I think it will continue to improve in the bottle for the next 3-4 years.

The winery was sold in 2022. The new owner seems to focus producing Cab - a pity.
