Some stew, fruit, dark, leather, and savory aromas, good structure with no serious underlying tannins. — 2 months ago
One of those interesting reasons where it taste better the colder it is. It’s strange that whenever you let certain Reese’s warm up the flavors become Clabie and structured. Of course maybe that’s just me. The crisp apricot and peach and stone fruit flavors are definitely there in spades, very delightful on a hot day. — 2 months ago
Definitely need a moment to catch his breath. It opened up the chewy and savory fruit and wonderful structure, but it actually faded pretty quickly, after an hour the wine started to lose of its life and all of those flavors sort of simmer down into just a good ripe round juicy Pinot. But for about 45 minutes there there’s a window where this wine was absolutely delicious. — 2 months ago
The first night it kind of got a little overwhelming to be perfectly honest. I had to call it quits and try it again a couple of days later and then I finally got the smoky and earthy and savory flavors. The structure is definitely there and it takes some time to unwind. Very tight very expressive Wine, definitely enjoyed it. — 7 days ago
Delicate and consistent. From the very first to the very last, the flavor was exactly there. The structure, the flavors, the acidity, the sweetness, everything in between never waver. It was an incredibly concentrated and precise wine that just overwhelmed with it simplicity. Sounds weird to say that, but it was very light and very structured and even though it looks like it’s a dark and forbidden wine it’s something that just is very easy in your pallet with rose and fresh micro greens and crisp, barely ripe fruits and flavors like that. An amazing expression of just pure concentration from the wine maker in terms of delivering a product that they want with clarity outstanding. Very impressed by this wine. — 2 months ago
Honestly, maybe I got an off bottle because the only thing I could taste here is apple juice. From the open apple juice. Give it a couple of hours, apple juice. Give it a day and then try it again, apple juice! You’re really just was Flabby and not structured. I’m really thinking I might’ve gotten an off bottle because everybody else seems to be raving about it. — 2 months ago
Not great, not bad, definitely enough structure to be not coin, little heavy with the alcohol at 13%. Unripe anjou pear, crisp Bosc pear, fresh white nectarines. Nose of waxy white flowers. Definitely good for just lounging and drinking, but don’t expect too much out of it. — a month ago
Very tight and structured. Savory smells of fresh leather, smoky meats, and dusty spices. Went wonderfully with a rib eye. — 2 months ago
The last injury in the horizontal tasting. This one was the least lively of the wines, even though it was the youngest. Took a bit to open up and then definitely gave us some Rubi strawberry and rose and raspberry and chewy forest floor flavors. IT seemed to flatten it pretty quickly, though, kept the floral smell, but the taste became muddled pretty quickly and was still a good wine but compared to the other vineyards was a bit lacking and it’s overall presentation. — 2 months ago

Surprise me of having a more herbal and vegetable foundation than the light flowery fruity that you kind of expect from this area, but it worked very well. That herbal note faded after the first blush, and it developed some delicate strawberry and hibiscus and floral notes. Good structure, never felt flabby, but after a day or two of being open, develop some cherry flavors, which just weren’t my favorite, but weren’t bad. Delicious wine. — 3 days ago
