Second tasting. Yellow in color, excellent clarity. Linen, lemon custard, stone fruit and honeydew melon notes in nose, even when just opened and over chilled. Lemon curd followed by ripe peach-apricot flavors, creamy tart finish with some skin astringency. After 60 minutes, ripe orange flavors emerge in the finish and aftertaste. Overall, this wine really shows why everyone should consider drinking more American Chenin Blanc. Thank you Sandlands! Fragrant yet subtly flavorful, and a fine exemplar of what this variety can be in a white table wine. — 5 years ago
A fantastic day in Santa Clara! Enjoying this wonderful wine with lunch before seeing the Rolling Stones at Levi Stadium.. A blueberry dark cherry on the nose. The dark fruits, floral and spice burst in the mouth lingering with cassis, chocolate and vanilla notes. Medium finish and a beautiful dark purple color. — 5 years ago

More vacation wine. Tart raspberries with smoke & mineral notes. Mild tannins & bright, fresh acidity frame the fruit. Very nice & easy to enjoy. — 5 years ago
