I decanted this and let it sit for a while. It was delectable. Smoke and jam on the nose turns into nice crushed fruit and juicy and tannic delight. Nice long finish. Low acid let's you enjoy this with an array of food. I enjoyed it with beef arepas. Cab Franc from Italy? Yes please! — 8 years ago
