Huge amount of oak and tannins. Needs some time to relax, hopefully the fruit will not die before then. #lynmarestate #pinotnoir #lynnsblend #russianrivervalley — 9 years ago
New oak was the first note on the nose which slowly integrated with air. I tasted this same bottling and vintage 64 weeks ago. This was much more structured and balanced with weighty black and red fruit and tasty secondary notes. #lynmarestate #russianrivervalley #pinotnoir #sonoma #california #ctbucklinwine — 8 years ago
A touch faded. Nutty, white mushroom. Best with a subtle fall dish. #chardonnay #lynmarestate #russianrivervalley — 9 years ago
Bright and delicious. Abv is way out of whack though. #lynmarestate #chardonnay #sonomacoast — 9 years ago
In synch with the 2013. The nose was elegant and dominated by pretty black and red fruit with med + intensity. The palate was tight and well structured with integrated alcohol and med + complexity. The length lingered and was enjoyable. #lynmarestate #pinotnoir #sonomacoast #california #ctbucklinwine — 8 years ago
A very impressive #newworld #pinotnoir Great intensity with dense and spicy dark fruit on the nose and palate. The alcohol is present but restrained and there is nice structure. The length was long and tasty. Oak stuck out a little bit. This wine is just so delicious right now but should age nicely. #lynmarestate #russianrivervalley #sonoma #california #ctbucklinwine — 8 years ago

Holding up well with a deep straw color with silver flints. The nose was full and exciting with med + intensity and complexity. Flowers, sweet spices, ripe pineapple, tropical notes, apples, vanilla, and corn. Palate was driven by alcohol, med acid, and med complexity with. A touch faded with short length. #lynmarestate #chardonnay #russianrivervalley #sonoma #california #ctbucklinwine — 8 years ago
