wax, honeycomb, under ripe pineapple right off the bat on the nose. I am intrigued. light to medium weight, ripe white peach. citrus and melon. Hinting at tangerine. Honey. cantaloupe rind. Very complex on flavor. overall soft in texture and acid. It’s not snappy but it’s far from slack. I’m sure this will develop.

Exactly what I was looking for. Nothing unexpected but I always love a fun dry chenin. The more I drink chenin the more I enjoy it. Clean notes with that fresh cotton taste.
