Not the deepest or most complex but has a lot of character. Nose has lots of sappy, just-ripe cherry, crushed rock dust, and a nicely complicating earthy/loamy/slightly barnyard note. Round and vigorous on entry, with an initial whack of tart(ish) cherry fruit that quickly leans out and goes stony/ minerally, ending on a slightly bitter note. Crisp acids. No tannin to speak of. More character than most AOC Bourgogne. Very good value.

Light bodied, primary red fruit flavors, med+ acidity, barely discernible tannins. Pleasant but not remarkable.
