Adriano Adami
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Prosecco
Pale lemon with medium intensity with aromas of stone fruits and citrus with a fine creamy mousse with gentle bubble flow. On the palate this off-dry medium body Prosecco shows flavors of lemon, lime, grapefruit, apple and peach flavors. Nice mouthfeel, medium length finish ending with fruit. Ok to drink now, no aging benefit. Tasting Sample.

Not super crisp, although I've had this bottle for a few months. It's lost a little vibrancy. 9 mos ago, I gave it an 8.8. 11% ABV. For a little more complexity (in terms of more sweet bread on the nose), see their red label prosecco.

Dec 3rd, 2016Consistent but not overwhelming prosecco. Lots of pear and some light nut taste.
