100% cabernet franc. Earthy, green aroma with some underlying dark fruit notes. Peppery. Not too funky but has kind of a rustic feel to it. Dry, bright, tart, red berry taste, tomato, and potent acids. Moderate tannins and a short finish. Not the most aromatic or intriguing Mosse red I've had but its austere, rustic, nature is somewhat appealing. Unfiltered.
