This was advanced in both fragrance and flavor: aldehyde and volatile. Excellent cut and length but tired; and ultimately not enough extract/flavor to mitigate the oxidized qualities. Probably a poor representation.

A little mid-harvest pick me up. Showing very well. So fresh, mineral, and precise fruit with hints of great non-fruits like burnt honeycomb and crushed earth. Opened up a lot with air.
