
Took 2+ hours to open up, but this was a very good Nebbiolo. Medium-full (14.5%) with pronounced and structured tannins, tart cherry, and perky, peppery acidity. A little hot and astringent on the nose, and a prickly mouthfeel. With pancetta white beans, Bella mushrooms and kale on crispy rustic bread + late heirloom caprese. Great early Fall meal!
