Fresh citrus fruit, unripe pineapples, ripe pears and melon flavors, framed by fine-tuned oakiness, mineral scents and juicy acidity. A lovely quaffer!

Consistent with earlier bottle...gold in the glass..reticent nose... viscous, almost oily... simple, almost over the top...turning a touch bitter on the finish and falling off after swallow. Reminds me of “old school” California Chard. I stopped purchasing the Alysia Rhys blends...the 2011 displays why.

5/22/15. Not too much on the nose. Pale in color. Nice palate, balances some acid and minerality with
tasty butteriness. Like a nice Meursault. Still a bit tight.
