Feb 21st, 2022On the nose its slightly vegetal with a bit of cheese. Also some vanilla with the fruit being very far behind some leather. If there were fruit it would be plum. On the palate it's all blueberries and blackberries. Very juicy almost jammy. It finishes with a touch of chocolate and pepper.
