Andrew Murray
Tous les Jours Santa Ynez Valley Syrah
Founder Andrew Murray’s Vineyards is a 200-acre site, about 1,500 feet above Foxen Canyon Rd, inland portion of the Santa Ynez Valley, making the vineyard the highest in the county. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre, "Tous les Jours" means every day, shows dark red with black fruit aromas and complex spice notes. On the palate, blueberry and black cherry with spicy cedar notes and some oak, Soft tannins, lingering finish. Very nice, great value

Nov 2nd, 2017Very nice and a lot quieter than it was on initial release. Softer fruit, silky tannins and a medium finish. Drink them now, don’t wait much longer

Jun 30th, 2017Strong dark fruit nose and short burst of cherry and licorice on tongue followed by intense spice. Ended on a bitter note.

May 4th, 2017I was excited to try this wine in a "bang for your buck" category but there's nothing all too appealing about this wine. Feels thin on the palate and doesn't carry many of the defining traits I love in Syrah. It has a bit of dark fruit, a dash of pepper and spice, but just sharp and unbalanced.

Apr 17th, 2017Big and jammy with tomato and olives on the nose. Subtle finish of Mediterranean flavored. Bright and acidic without strong tannins or minerals. Fruity and delicious
