Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is the deep dark color of cassis jam with a slight herbaceous nose. It exhibits predominantly red fruit at the attack morphing to dark and black fruit, hugely ripe. This is a big wine that's full of itself. The oak is well integrated.
