So many Sauvignon Blancs are thin and acidic. Aperture’s is fuller in the mouth, almost creamy. Well rounded, some tastes of fresh fruits. Peaches, perhaps? Slightly oaky ... with hints of something else .... acacia? This is now my favorite SB. 2016 vintage.

Tropical fruits galore with a creaminess that was unexpected. Crisp, slightly tart. Perfect wine to sip on this 90 plus degree day while watching the pups jump in the pool. Made by the same folks that make Devil's Proof Malbec. This was very good.
