Regal, powerful, rich, layered with minerality, 2019 Perrieres is fantastic, gaining weight and precision in the decanter and unfurling beautifully over the course of dinner. It’s laser focused, with both richness and clarity and the palate has such an elegant texture. Really lovely bottle.
