Arnot-Roberts
North Coast Syrah
Red cherry, plum, boysenberry, cedar, cigar, white pepper, dried meat, dried roses, violets, rosemary, gritty with a full mouth feel. Medium acidity, high tannins. Showing great and I’m sure it can sit down for many years.

Sep 30th, 2019Nice, balanced Syrah. Very food friendly too. Black raspberry, violets, touch of salinity and green peppercorns. Like!

Oct 29th, 2017Gripping, ripe blue and black fruit. Coolly refined, balanced with warm edges of rustic underbrush. Kalamata Olive, smoke, blood, gravel. At this price point, this was better than some Northern Rhone I've had and yet it does not abandon its sense of place. Serious wine.
