Fruity nose. Acidic cranberry/cherry, strong tannins and oak. Paired with salmon well though. Second bottle to let age also.

Jul 9th, 2023Deep pink color; pomegranate, raspberries and grape stems on the nose; high acidity; smooth tannins; tastes like sour cherries and cranberries with a long finish. Went really well with a creamy pasta sauce.
