Au Bon Climat
Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir

Far different to the last time I had Bon Climat, which was a 2005 last year. This was far more refined and representative of the terroir.

Perfect with the last thanksgiving turkey sandwich. Dried berries. Purple in the middle to brown colour at the edges. Medium bodied, no heat, no tannins. Good drinking.

Classic Pinot. Very good. Light and fruity. Only criticism is lack of length. Otherwise delicious.
