WNH event number 3...new world Pinot. Such a treat to experience the many different variations of Pinot!

To end the night, why not bring out an insane chard? Goodness. This is powerful and young. Lemon cream, toasted cashews, and meringue on the nose. The palate is rich and bold, with sharp acidity. Marzipan and nutmeg on the finish. Didn’t see who brought this, so let me know who brought this, guys!

An exceptional wine. Aubert never disappoints (CIX and Lauren vineyards are my favorites). Creamy and complex. Candied ginger, pear, and lemon zest.

Pop and pour. A fabulous deep gold color. On the nose: fragrant notes of apricot, nutmeg, floral, honey dew melon. Taste: creamy, elegant, rich wine with pear/apricot, cloves, saline, spice, and a nice honey lemon curd long finish. YUM! Awesome with the oysters shipped from Hog Island Oyster Company.
