2 people found it helpfulJul 14th, 2019Very enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso. This is very young and tight knit. Silky tannins, oak, fig, plum, black fruit. After about 2 hours in the decanter it is really showing well. Hold on to this one a few more years.

Not quite as ready as the 2015 at this stage.
This wine is smooth as can be absolutely no heat! Presents short on the finish would like to see if this changes over time! Delicious... if I had another bottle I would give it a few years! 😉
