3 years since the previous bottle. Last of the case. Still excellent but I think less rich than past years. Very mellow, integrated tannins, but a decently long finish. Chocolatey with a hint of fig. Still nice acidity but understated and rounded. Delicious 11+ years on.

Dec 23rd, 2017Delicious, thick, rich and velvety. 2006. Dark fruits. Nice finish. Bought on a visit to Avignonesi in 2010, sat patiently at home not cracking into them until now.
