Thin bodied, dark ruby, will hydrate you well during a jog along the beach at night because it's easy to drink. On the nose: cherry, cherry and more cherry, black pepper, moderate tannins that disappears on the throat. Went well with ricotta stuffed zucchini fried flowers. It doesn't overpower any of the foods because of its light taste but will hopefully overpower your husband on your anniversary ;)
