Blend of 60% Macabeo, 25% Xarel-lo, & 15% Parellada, aged 34 months on lees before disgorgement, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, tiny bubbles, good flow with light mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, pear and citrus adding in some biscuit notes. Well balanced, medium length ending with yeasty character. Nice value!
