A light to light medium body with a color of fresh straw, with a distinctive pale green hue to the edges, this was a perfect pairing for crawfish. Really good crisp, with notes of sour green apple, lemon or key lime rind, and pineapple on the nose. The taste is crisp with a beautiful acidity, mineral driven but tastes green as well, like underripe citrus, mango or melon, a fresh salinity, grassy and flower stems, with a mouth drying mineral finish. This was very refreshing, easy to drink, and a great substitute for a dry Riesling for Asian or spiced flavors.
