Lifted floral character, wild, game, scorched earth, tart sour cherry, dried herbs and fine tannins. Medium bodied and showing a little hotter than the labeled 12%. Long length of finish, perfectly balanced and elegant.

A nice surprise. Tasting like a premier cru burgundy. Silky, pure strawberry fruits and floral. Good level of mineral and chalky texture. Do have some bitterness but overall a good value wine

Made with organic grapes consisting of 60% Nero d’Avola/40% Frappato; aged in clay amphorae. It’s clean & expressive with an elegant balance & structure. Noticeable earthiness, spices and berries makes this an immediate crowd pleaser. Cheers🍷

Bright and fruity Nero d’Avola (60%) and Frappato (40%) blend by one of Sicily’s most influential and probably the first biodynamic producer in the island. Aged in unlined terracotta amphora for 6 months. Light, medium bodied, elegant and savory. Black olives, cured meat, leather and earthy notes.

Light and acidic, bright but not too fruity. A little bit of bret. 12%. We served slightly cooled, with halibut and black truffle pasta... was a perfect pairing. I would say it is a little overpriced but a nice, simple, elegant wine.

Awesome wine. Drank over three days. First two, an elegant well balanced wine that tastes like a Nebbiolo but without heavy tannins. Has more body than a 12% al wine would suggest. Various berries esp strawberries. But in an elegant style. Really like this. I think this is a clay-stored wine? Forgot the term. Btw, not so great day three.
