Scents of dried cherry, leather, tobacco leaf, and cedar Incredible balance with sweet cherry, earth, and a touch leather. Long finish dominated by cherry and drying tannins.

JS went 98 on this one. A fantastic wine, bit cant quite get there.

Earth, black cherry, leather, and tobacco on the nose. Very well integrated red fruit, black cherry, and earth, backed by medium + tannins. Long finish. A pleasure to drink.

Firm tannins

The first ‘13 Brunello i’ve tried. I was drinking ‘11s the other night and this is a pretty stark contrast. Big and fruit forward, rich and savory. Plum, blackberry, and earth. Clocking at 14.5%

2013 drinking really well

This is such a treat. So smooth!

Very smooth

Bright fruit at opening, cherry some graphite. As it decanted smoothed out with dark cherry, vanilla and tobacco notes. Really enjoyed the way this wine changed as decanted.
